Refund Eligibility

Products are eligible for refund if:

• They are returned within 7 days of delivery.
• They are unused and in original packaging.
• They include all accessories and tags.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards and digital products.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
