At KladeKids, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in perfect condition, and always on time. We partner with top-tier, reliable logistics and courier companies to ensure that your products arrive safely at your doorstep.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Processing occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days across India, depending on the delivery pin code. Remote locations may require a few extra days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination. We often provide free shipping on orders above a certain threshold.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package.

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including pin code and a working mobile number. We will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address details.

In case the courier company fails to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, they will attempt delivery a maximum of three times before returning the package to our warehouse.

If you notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our customer support team.
