kladekids.com is operated by Klade Kids (unit of Youvixcart LLP). These terms apply to your use of the website and purchases of our kids' clothing. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Using the website
Purchases must be made by an adult legally able to enter into a contract. Provide accurate contact, delivery and order details. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders or interference with its operation.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, fabric information, age options and prices are provided on the relevant product page. Please review the size information before ordering. Colours may vary slightly with screen settings and lighting. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Shipping is free within India. The order total and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment options are limited to those actually offered at checkout. For cash on delivery, the order total is payable at delivery. Online payments, when available, are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Orders and corrections
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to availability and verification of order details. If there is a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you before proceeding and offer cancellation with a full refund of any amount paid. Changes to website prices do not retrospectively change a confirmed order.
Shipping
We deliver within India only, with next-business-day dispatch after order confirmation and estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and courier disruptions may require more time. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders may be cancelled without a fee before dispatch by contacting us with the order number. Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days as described in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, including COD refund arrangements.
Warranty
Products have a one-month warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects, subject to the assessment and exclusions described in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content and privacy
Website text, branding and images may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the rights holder. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We take reasonable care to keep the website and product information accurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
